Residents can report abandoned vehicles in public spaces, and the matter will be resolved within 13 days. Some circumstances including a vehicle that has been reported stolen or a vehicle on private property, require specific legal processing before removal. If the vehicle is determined to be dangerous by the Department of Public Works, it may be towed immediately with ticketing.
