  The Metropolitan Police Department's ShotSpotter system detected gun play in the 700 block of Harvard Street NW on Nov. 26. Police responded and found three shooting victims in a Harvard Street dwelling. Two sustained non-life threatening injuries; the third, Jose Rene Rodriguez Guterrez, 31, died.
