Narrative	W-1 REPORTS THAT HE WITNESSES S-1 PUT 3 BOTTLES OF BODY WASH INSIDE HER PURSE. S-1 WAS STOPPED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE, AND PASSING THE CASHIER REGISTER. In March 2009, the Metro Police Department announced it would stop providing narrative descriptions of crimes, citing privacy concerns.
