Narrative	C-1 RPTS ON THE LISTED DATE AND TIME WHILE AT THE BUS STOP HE WAS APPROACHED BY S-1 THROUGH S4. S-1 AND S-2 PRODUCED A HANDGUN AND ORDER C-1 TO WALK DOWN THE SIDEWALK TO THE FOOT BRIDGE. S3 AND S4 STOOD IN FRONT OF S-1 AND S-2 AS THEY HELD THEIR GUNS. In March 2009, the Metro Police Department announced it would stop providing narrative descriptions of crimes, citing privacy concerns.
