Narrative	C1 RPTS WHILE INSIDE OF THE LISTED LOCATION, S1 APPROACHED HER FROM THE LEFT SIDE AND SNATCHED HER PURSE FROM HER ARM. S1 THEN FLED ON FOOT TOWARDS 6TH STREET SOUTHEAST. In March 2009, the Metro Police Department announced it would stop providing narrative descriptions of crimes, citing privacy concerns.
